Slacklining 101

A good weekend morning should start with 3 eggs, boiled for 6 minutes. Peel the eggs and cut them with your spoon into several runny pieces. Add a little Cretan olive oil, sea salt, pepper and some freshly squeezed lemon. Basil and thyme are welcomed. A quick read of 11 Minutes by Paolo Coelho, and you are then ready for a little balance in your life.

The art of slacklining has three fundamental requirements;

-Commitment to overcoming one's fear
-Focus
-Fun

Meditation, sunshine, laughter, and wipeouts are all part of the math that puts the equation into practice.

A good day of slacklining is never complete without one’s bed and a good nights sleep.
